The Cherry Creek Arts Festival is running from July 5th to July 8th, right across from the Cherry Creek Mall. http://www.cherryarts.org/users/index.asp
Yesterday, I had my first chance at checking out the festival - and I enjoyed it throughly. They had 5 whole blocks dedicated to the festival. The artists were great and they had some great food vendors too.
And through out the day they have concerts (3 stages for performing artists - the main one is right across Saks in the mall and called the Janus main stage).
